Fawn ear studs
Why does everyone since Bambi think that the fawn is the deer's wife? Well. Actually, Bambi used to be a book. It was about a little fawn called Bambi. When the book was translated into English (yes, it was originally written in German), the fawn suddenly became a little white-tailed deer. Because there are no deer in America. When Bambi came back to Germany with Walt Disney, our young deer Bambi turned back into a fawn. The only problem was that Bambi's father remained an American white-tailed deer. And since then we have believed that a deer is the deer's wife. Thank you Walt Disney ;)
But Bambi or no Bambi. Here we have a real fawn. And an incredibly cute one at that! Of course, the fawn earrings are made from genuine 925 sterling silver. This means that these ear studs are completely nickel-free and ideal for delicate children's ears. But of course, adult deer fans are also welcome to enjoy the fawn ear studs :)
The silver earrings are part of a small fawn series that also includes an adorable ring and a cute pendant. The silver ear studs (as well as all other pieces of fawn jewelry) are plated with platinum, which means that platinum is really valuable, but also very practical. This is because the platinum protects the silver from oxidizing. This means that the silver of the earrings does not turn black and you can enjoy them to the full!
