Description

It's beautiful and I want it! But... What is it actually?

Very few people actually know that a citrine and an amethyst are geologically the same stone - they are just different colors: One is the beautiful purple for which amethyst is so well known and the other is the lemon-like yellow that gave citrine its name.

When both colors occur together within the same stone, this stone is therefore commonly called ametrine (or also bolivianite, amecitrine and trysti). Each gemstone is always unique in itself, but ametrines are special in their own right. This fantastic symbiosis of two gemstones that appear so different and yet are identical, such as amethyst and citrine, makes this ametrine necklace unmistakable and simply enchanting.

The shape of the ametrine stones was modeled on the shape of rough stones and therefore cut to an irregular size. The individual ametrine stones were then beautifully faceted to give the whole piece a noble character. This emphasizes the charismatic shine of the ametrine stones and makes the ametrine necklace a tasteful accessory for evenings in a beautiful setting.

The small beads between the ametrine stones are made of genuine 925 Sterling silver and frame the ametrine necklace in an artistic and high-quality way. The extension chain and the lobster clasp are also made of genuine 925 Sterling silver. The silver elements round off the ametrine necklace perfectly and make it a truly unique piece that you won't find anywhere else :)
