All rose quartz is not rose quartz. You often ask yourself, why are some stones more expensive than others? Well, there are several factors.

The simplest and most obvious factor: the color intensity. And here we are talking about the colour intensity without any after-treatment, because of course the colour of rose quartz stones can be artificially improved afterwards (which is not the case with these beautiful stones here). The bigger the rose quartz stone, the easier it is for the rose quartz stone to build up a certain colour depth, because there is more material. But if small Rose Quartz stones also show a nice pink, this speaks all the more for the quality of the Rose Quartz stone. Of course the rule is: The better the color at the same size (always in comparison), the more expensive the Rose Quartz stone.

Another factor is the working time that was used for the stones. Here we often hear: "But the stones are smaller than the others, why are they more expensive?" This is an understandable question, which we can explain with pleasure. The smaller the rose quartz stone on a strand, the more stones fit on the rose quartz stone strand with the same strand length (usually always about 40 cm). Each rose quartz stone must be drilled. This means that for small rose quartz stones on a 40 cm stone strand more working time has to be used than for large rose quartz stones on a stone strand of the same length, because many more rose quartz stones can be threaded and therefore have to be drilled.
