Hippo stud earrings

Hippos are not only cute giants, they also have a secret or two. Or did you know that a hippopotamus can't swim? And that's despite the fact that whales are a hippo's closest living relatives! And because hippos are so great, we have of course also created hippo jewelry!

Here we have the hippo stud earrings from our collection. These hippo stud earrings are made from genuine 925 sterling silver. They are also rhodium-plated. Rhodium-plated means that they have been coated with a layer of rhodium. Rhodium is a precious metal from the platinum family and protects the silver from oxidizing. This means that your silver will always remain beautifully bright silver and you save yourself the trouble of polishing :)

The fun purple color on the hippo ear studs is made of enamel. Enamel has a glass-like structure and therefore reflects the light in a particularly beautiful way. And enamel is virtually indefinitely durable. This means that the enamel does not rub off over time, but stays on the beautiful silver stud earrings for a long time. So you can simply enjoy your silver stud earrings!

The studs of these silver stud earrings each have two small notches. These are there to give the butterfly clasp more grip. This means that it cannot slip off the ear studs so easily and you don't have to worry so much about losing your ear studs.
