Here we have a hand of Fatima made of genuine 925 Sterling silver, whose inner eye is represented by a shiny zirconia stone. The zirconia stone is hand-set so that it remains securely attached to the ear stud and does not get lost.

We have left the hand of Fatima itself plain in shiny silver so as not to overload it with too many patterns. The zirconia stone in the center is already eye-catching enough, so the rest of the ear studs can look nice and calm.
